Question
hello, I have a few questions and i was wondering if you would be able to answer them for me. 1. If a wife's father made a will and it was stated in the will that both the wife and the husband will share a belonging, for example; a house, and the husband and the wife want a divorce, who gets to keep the house? 2. If an abusive husband puts his wife into a coma and he gets let off by the law, can the wife's family get a divorce from him on her behalf? why or why not? Thank you!

Question
Hi, My wife recently got her degree in Occupational Therapy. Her school's graduation ceremony is Friday Morning on June 2nd, which is also the first day of Shavuot. I have two questions: 1. Can we carry non Yom Tov related items such as graduation cap and gown, stroller and an extra pair of shoe perhaps, to the place where the ceremony is held, which does not have an Eruv? What is the halacha according to the Sefardi Poskim? 2. We have been discouraged not to attend this ceremony. as it takes away from the Kedusha of Yom Tov. However this event is extremely important to my wife, she has been dreaming about this day for years, and the thought of not being able to attend it, devastates her. What are the halachic guidelines surrouding this issue? Thank you and Shabbat Shalom, Pejman Golpariani pgolpari@verizon.net

Question
I am jewish, merried to a non-jewish, we have a baby girl who is not considered jewish. If my wife turns jewish on her own freewill does that turn my daugher jewish as well? When I think of leaving my wife because of this Jewishness I feel a great lose in my heart and feelings which makes me think that her being jewish or not is not the all important thing. Is it written in the torah of my situation? Should I divorce my wife and merry a jew to have jewish babies etc etc? How does all this apply to my soul? If one of the point of the torah is selflessness, isn't divorcing her to be with another jew being selfish. What is the difference with selfish and selfless in this situation. Thanks Victor.

Question
I am interested in what Judaism teaches about how to apologize to someone we have hurt. Please give me, if possible, a breif overview of this and then specifically, if you could tell me what Maimonides wrote on the subject. Thank you very much.
