Where does it say that Satan was thrown out of heaven and why?

What does God do with a person who have MPD/DID ans SRA issues? She was the offspring of a prostitute and a satanic priest. She was severe abuse in all manners possible as a child by many many prepetrators and was unadopted at age 16 and search for God with no memory of the SRA. She never could trust or love God or believe God love or forgive her. Can she learn to trust to love to find forgiveness? Please do not give this data to anyone one else. As you know, the Kitzur Shulchan Aruch calls male masturbation worse than all other sins in the Torah and then says its "k'ilu horeg es hanefesh", likening it to bloodshed. This is frightening for me to read and extremely difficult for me to understand. Is this meant literally? How could an act, not explicitly even mentioned in the Torah, be worse than all the many sins in the Torah such as chillul-Shabbos or others? Please explain. Thank you, and a ksiva v'chasima tova.

We are trying live according to the Torah. As a result, our family has ostracized us and treats us very badly (no respect from our children - a son spit on my wife -and scorn from my wife's mother. How do we respond or DO we even respond to them? More than one counselor has told us to have nothing to do with them because they bring nothing but hurt and damage to our lives, but they are what they are -- our children and a parent. How do we deal with this pain? Where is G-d in all of this? Where are the promises of blessings and why is He not blessing us?
