shalom, my inquiry is concerning muslims why is there so much anti semitism endemic within the islamic world?

Rabbi, The president of my shul was killed last night. His wife is christian and she wants to bury him on Monday, Yom Kippur. Is it right to cancel services to attend his funeral?

I "modify" the concept of work on the sabath so I drive to shul and perhps go on a holiday on the sabbath sometimes. Serviices are only available once a month here.
