Question
Many Jews practice Shalom Zachar which is a Seudat Mitzvah for new born baby boys (the origin is Talmud saying Jews know the Torah in the womb but lose its knowledge after birth). My question is should they do it if a baby is born from Caesarean section? Or does it make no difference, unlike other aspects of Halacha where it would? The reason I ask is because of the Talmud’s use of the word “emergence” which in other Halacha contingent on childbirth is interpreted as natural birth.

Question
Can a Kohen fulfill the mitzvah of blessing a Jew through Birkat kohanim if the Jew is hearing him through a phone?

Question
According to Halacha, Jews’ male first born donkeys, sheep, and cattle are consecrated (with some implications therein). My question is, if a gentile owns first born male sheep, cattle or donkeys, and then convert to Judaism, do they become consecrated? Sources please

Question
Shalom aleichem Rabbi Lauffer. Thank you for answering my last question. Rabbi Shlomo Zalman Auerbach in Minchas Shlomo 1:5 and Rabbi Moshe Feinstein in Igros Moshe EH 4:62:3 ruled that if a Jew turns on a light on Shabbos, another Jew would be forbidden to use that light to read, even if he could have read without this light, because this light makes it easier for him to read. Are there any poskim that are lenient and allow one to read, since he could have read even without this additional light, just that it's easier to read with the additional light? Thanks.
