Answers
A person who is truly incapable of fulfilling the mitzvah of sitting in the Sukkah is completely exempt and is not held accountable in the Spiritual Realms for not having performed it. It is important to note, however, that a person doesn’t need to have and own his own sukkah. A person is able to fulfill the mitzvah in a communal sukkah, or a neighbor’s or friend’s succah with their permission.
