Milky Knife and Lemon

Milky knife used to cut lemon. Lemon juice then sprinkled over fish. Fish then cooked in meaty pot. What is the status of knife, fish and lemon?

    The knife is fine – it continues to be milky as it was before it cut the lemon.

    If the pot was not used within the last twenty-four hours then the pot should be cleaned well and used as normal.

    If the pot was not used within the last twenty-four hours the fish can be eaten but it should not be eaten with either meat or milk products in the same meal.
