Learning Torah After Sunset on Erev Tisha b’Av

According to those poskim who allow learning Torah on shabbos erev tisha b’av even after chatzos, would they allow learning torah even after sunset, or would this be forbidden even according to them because tisha b’av begins at sunset.

    Once the sun sets on Shabbos Erev Tisha b’Av it is forbidden to learn any Torah that is not Churban related.
