The Shulchan Aruch rules that is permissible for a Kohen to marry a woman who is not a virgin so long as any sexual relationships that she had were with Jewish men. However, there are communities (mostly among the Sefardim) that are stringent and do not allow it. Personally, I would suggest that if there is a practical dimension to your question, you ask the question to the Rabbi of the community that the Kohen belongs, to ascertain if there are issues that the couple need to be concerned about.
