Kashrut: Grab and Go Meals

Question

Would there be an issue of בשר שנתעלם מן העין regarding takeout grab and go beef meals sold in supermarkets that the container is not tamper proof and does not have a seal. Mashgiach is only present during production and containers are sold throughout the day.

    I am apologize but I am really not familiar with the system of “grab and go”. I live in Israel and I have no experience at all with what you are referring to. Personally, I think that the best thing to do is to speak with the Mashgiach and to ask him if there might be a problem. And, if not, to ask him why that is.
