I am not sure what “enameled steel” is. A stainless steel sink can be Kashered. The sink should be cleaned thoroughly. Hot water should not be used or poured in the sink for twenty-four hours prior to the Kashering. The sink should be dry before Kashering. Kashering is accomplished by pouring boiling hot water over every part of the stainless steel sink.
An enamel or porcelain sink cannot be Kashered and an insert needs to put in the sink before it is used.
