From my previous answer here, it seems you believe Miun can’t be witnessed through teleconference. My question is why that is the case when this article by Chaim Jachter said that witnesses to the request of a get document can be done that way. It seems like the same principle

In general, the contemporary Poskim rule that using teleconferencing to facilitate a divorce is only in a case where otherwise the Get will not be given. Under regular circumstances, the Get has to be written by the scribe and given in front of physical witnesses. However, there is a subtle difference between the regular process of giving a Get and Miun, which is a special case when the girl is Halachically a minor and an orphan from her father, and was “married off” by her mother and sisters for her benefit. I think that this difference changes the reality. However, if such a case would come in front of the Gedolei HaPoskim in our generation (a somewhat difficult scenario to envisage), it is entirely possible that they might rule that, b’sha’as hadchak, if the Miun cannot take place in person, it can be done via teleconferencing.
