Drinking on Yom kippur

Question

Unfortunately I’ve contracted Covid and am symptomatic with cough, fever, etc. The biggest issue is profuse sweating, worse at night: I had to change pajamas3 times last night as they were drenched.
Is this considered a חולה שיש בו סכנה and should drink to avoid severe dehydration ?

    First, please accept my Brachah that you have a Refuah Shelaymah.

    Despite the fact that your question was only seen after Yom Kippur, it would not really be possible to answer it even if I had seen it before Yom Kippur. Your question really needs an Orthodox doctor to tell you what to do.
