The answer depends somewhat on whether you are male or female. It would be simpler if you could let Just Ask! know, and that way we can answer your question exactly.

You should say all of the Brochos – Birkas haTorah and Birkas haShachar. It is permissible to leave out the majority of Pesukei d’Zimra and only recite Baruch She’amar, Ashrei and Yishtabach. The rest of Pesukei d’Zimra can be said later on. If possible until midday but, if not, until sunset. The Shema, the Amidah and Aleinu should be said. All of the rest of davening is dependent on how much time you have available. Whatever you do not have time for should be said later on again, preferably before midday. You do not need to say all of the missing parts in one go. If needs be you can say whatever is missing bit by bit according to what free time that you have.
Please excuse me for not wishing you success on your new job!
