Dairy on Meat Plate

Question

Someone placed a piece of bread and cream cheese on a meat plate with warm rice. The rice was parve and cooked in a meat pot. The bread was warmed in a dairy microwave. Should we kasher the meat plate and spoon? If so, how?

    If the bread was not “Yad Soledes Bo,” which is boiling hot (over 110 degrees), you do not have to do anything except clean the plate and spoon very well with plenty of hot soapy water.
