Most funeral homes have a system whereby Kohanim can attend the funeral if they stay within the designated areas. Please allow me to bless both you and your sister that there should not be any kind of practical application to your question for many, many more years. When the time comes, the simplest thing to do is to ask the officiating Rabbi what you should do.
