In my experience I think that most times the best way is to just ignore them. If they are personal or if they are threatening then a different approach is probably needed, but, most times, the person spewing anti-Semitic comments is either an ignorant boor or someone who is not interested in hearing what you have to say. In both cases I think that no reaction is the best form of reacting.
