Sometimes, but it is very rare. But it is almost impossible to know if what one dreamed was real or a if it was a subconscious reaction to what they were thinking about before they went to sleep. The Rabbis teach that, as a rule, a person dreams about what he thinks about during the day and that one should not rely on dreams.
