Lo Bashamayim Hi and Hashkafa

Does the principle of Lo bashamayim hi include paskening Hashkafah, or just Halacha?

    I am not sure that I understand your question clearly. The rulings of Halacha revolve around practical issues that need Halachic clarification. Hashkafah, on the other hand, is an outlook that can change from one person to another and from one community to another, but it is not really something that is “paskened”.
