If they are offensive questions, I think that it would be correct to point that out to the person. Of course, it should be done in a respectful way, but I feel that it is important that you make it clear that what they said was offensive and inappropriate. One of the things that can make your reaction more powerful is if you are historically conversant with Hitler era. Conversant both with the global history at the time, and, more importantly, with the Jewish history.
