Carrying Holy Objects Through Bathroom

Question

Our new house was build weirdly in many ways. One of those oddities is the master bedroom can only be reached by walking through a bathroom. Does that mean we can never bring a siddur or any kind of sefer or my tefillin into the bedroom?

    Firstly, please accept my brachah that you have a Yishuv Kal – an easy and smooth acclimation in your new home.

    It does sound as if there might be a problem. The best option is to try and ensure that all Sifrei Kodesh are brought into the bedroom covered with two coverings. It can be two plastic bags (even see-through) or something similar.
