What Can’t Jewish People Take Part In?

Question

Are there any parts of secular life that Jewish people cannot partake in? Movies, eating certain foods, music, games, certain holidays, etc…?

  1. A Jew should not be a part of anything that contradicts both the letter of Jewish Law and the spirit of the Law. The list is far too long to delineate here, but, for example, it is forbidden for a Jew to eat anything that is not Kosher. Another example is that it is forbidden for a Jew to go to places that are considered immodest according to Jewish Law.
