Grape Juice for Four Cups

Due to medical reasons, whenever I drink any wine - even a minute amount - I become very sick. I want to celebrate Passover properly. Can I use grape juice in place of wine? I do not wish to make a mockery of our most widely celebrated holiday, but I also do not want to take any risks with my health.a

It is absolutely permissible to use grape juice and you fulfill the commandment in its entirety by drinking the four cups of wine by using grape juice.
